Shipping Information
We ship our precision cutting mats and surface protection products throughout Germany and the European Union. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Options
We offer the following delivery options:
- Standard Delivery - 3-5 business days within Germany (€4.95)
- Express Delivery - 1-2 business days within Germany (€9.95)
- EU Standard Delivery - 5-7 business days within EU (€12.95)
- Free Shipping - Orders over €50 qualify for free standard delivery within Germany
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier schedules. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
Prices and Taxes
All prices displayed on our website include German VAT (Umsatzsteuer/USt) at the applicable rate of 19%. Prices are shown in Euro (€) and are valid for orders shipped within Germany.
For orders shipped to other EU countries, VAT will be calculated according to the destination country's tax regulations. Customers outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. Once payment is confirmed, we will process your order and prepare it for shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order is dispatched.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect address information. If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately.
